The online portion of the auction will begin around 10:30 AM on Tuesday, August 25th, 2020. Loader will be available August 25th - September 2nd, 2020 to load items out. (8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) After that any pickup will require 24 hour notice. Payment to be received by Wednesday August 26, 2020. Bidders agree that they fully understand said terms and conditions and agree to be bound by those terms and conditions. Howell Real Estate and Auction is acting as an agent for the seller and is selling all equipment / items in "AS IS" condition. No expressed or implied warranties are given. Howell Real Estate and Auction and its agents, recommend that personal inspections of all equipment / items, be done personally by the buyer. Pictures and description of items are included but may not be a full representation of the item. (Lighting / environmental factors etc.. may skew picture quality.) Descriptions are to the best of Howell Real Estate and Auction's knowledge, given from sellers information and personal inspection. After that an appointment must be made. Any items not picked up within 4 weeks will be deemed abandoned and will become property of Howell Real Estate and Auction and will be sold on the next auction. The successful bidder / buyer is responsible for all shipping / transportation of the item purchased. Payment information will be sent via email after the close of the auction. If the successful bidder does not receive an invoice within 24 hours of the end of the auction, Please contact auction staff at 712-362-4844. Payment is expected on time and if not received within 2 days of auction end, a finance charge will be incurred. A returned check fee of $30 will charged for all "bad checks" No items may be removed from sales site until paid for. There is a 3% buyer's premium for this auction (cap of $1,000 per item). Payments accepted: Cash, Good Check, or wire. Titles will be sent to the buyer when funds have cleared or within 2 weeks, whichever is faster. Some items may have a reserve set by the seller, Howell Real Estate and it's agents do their best to insure a "reasonable" reserve.
